Shevolution.com supports the development of systems, services and media for women and men to work together as equals in work, life and politics.  

You may already know us under the names Eyecatcher Associates, Shevolution, or Project Parity.  To recognise the increased interest in, and success of, our gender related activities, we have recently brought our gender work together in this website to share news and information.  In this site you will find links to partner organisations all over the world and exclusive access to articles and back-catalogues of work by Lesley Abdela.  Shevolution.com has been awarded a Studyweb Academic Excellence Award for its informative content.

Lesley Abdela MBE directs Shevolution.  She is one of the world’s leading experts in the field of gender and an award-winning journalist.  Lesley is a previous winner of the UK Woman of Europe award for her work on the political empowerment of women in Central and Eastern Europe.  She was the first Political Editor of a major women’s magazine in the UK, appointed by Cosmopolitan in 1993. 

 
Eyecatcher Associates has over ten years experience working in partnership with local people, international organisations, governments, private and public sector employers, and Non Governmental Organisations.   

  • We have worked on long-term, medium term and short assignments in Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Asia, India, Middle East and Mediterranean countries.

  • Our mission is to develop inclusive systems which harness the talents of all its members/employees through modern management styles and an emphasis on democratic empowerment.

  • We develop strategies and plans of action, run training programmes and workshops and develop information materials.

Shevolution is a consultancy wing of Eyecatcher Associates concentrating on issues of equality.  Shevolution designs and implements training programmes, needs assessment reports and communication initiatives all over the world.  

Project Parity is a not-for-profit organisation (NGO) working  with partner-organisations all over the world to achieve Parity Democracy (the equal representation of women and men in the decision-making processes of their countries). Project Parity is an all-party non-partisan NGO. 

Project Parity, Eyecatcher and Shevolution are all UK based.
