Advice Strategy Development Management / Implementation Materials         Advice We advise organisations on developing strategies, policies and plans to enable women and men to work in equal partnership efficiently.  These organisations include: Governments International organisations Private sector employers Public sector employers NGOs Women in Politics   Indonesia (Jakarta) - Strategic planning workshop for National Democratic Institute and Indonesian Women’s Political Caucus.     Strategy Development We work with organisations to develop short, medium and long-term strategies.  Our multi-sector experience enables us to take a 'helicopter' view of a situation and develop a cross-disciplinary solution.  Our work has included: Action Plans Personal Organisational Sectoral Consultancy Reports Gender Consultancy Brussels (Brussels) - Consultancy to assess needs and draw up 4th Action Plan For Equal Opportunities for internal staffing of the European Commission.   Management And Implementation We have extensive experience of designing and implementing programmes of activity and skills training.  We have developed and run events ranging from 1 hour speeches to 2 year programmes.  Our events have included:  Seminars Training programmes  Training workshops  Election Campaign Training School Egypt (Cairo) – Training workshop for women candidates and their campaign managers from across the political parties in Egypt. In partnership with The British Council (Cairo) & The Egyptian Centre for Women’s Rights. Materials Our experience in the media as broadcasters and journalists has honed out communication skills.  We have worked on projects ranging from regional information videos to in-house training materials and information sheets.  Our materials have included: Books Manuals Training materials Videos Gender Training Georgia (Tbilisi) and Armenia (Gyumri) - Gender Awareness Training, Training of Trainers, Training Manuals production for CARE International male and female staff.
