Meet The Team Lesley Abdela is Senior Partner in Eyecatcher Associates and Chief Executive of Project Parity. She founded the all-Party 300 Group for Women in Politics/Public Life. Tim Symonds is a Partner in Eyecatcher Associates and Executive Director of Project Parity.  He co-founded the 300 Group. We have a wide variety of experts who work for us. We hand pick teams for each project so that we use the most appropriate personnel.
